Doodle Baseball
Doodle Baseball is a simple, timing-based baseball batting game with a playful “doodle” style and quick rounds. Your goal is to score as many runs as possible by hitting incoming pitches and sending the ball into fair territory—ideally for extra bases or home runs. The core challenge is reading pitch speed and timing your swing: swing too early and you’ll pull foul or miss; swing too late and you’ll get jammed or whiff. As the game progresses, pitches often feel faster and your margin for error shrinks, turning a casual click into a satisfying reaction-and-focus test. It’s easy to jump into for a few swings, but the high-score loop is surprisingly addictive once you start chasing cleaner contact, better launch angles, and longer hit streaks.
How to play
Controls
- Desktop: click the mouse (or press Space, if supported) to swing the bat.
- Mobile/Tablet: tap the screen to swing.
- Your main job is timing—swing when the pitch reaches the ideal contact zone.
- Keep playing to build a higher score; many versions end after a set number of outs/strikes.
Core rules
- A swing attempt happens instantly when you click/tap—there’s no aiming, only timing.
- Good timing produces fair hits, extra-base hits, and home runs; poor timing produces misses or weak contact.
- Scoring is based on hits and runs (and sometimes bonuses for distance or streaks, depending on the version).
- The round ends when you reach the game’s out/strike limit or fail too many swings.
Goal
Time your swings to make consistent contact, score runs, and chase the highest score or longest hit streak.
